Cranberry Sauce Vodka Smash is a fun and festive holiday cocktail using a traditional holiday dish – cranberry sauce!

Cranberry Sauce Vodka Smash with Rosemary Decoration and Cranberry Berries around the Glasses Anyone have leftover cranberry sauce from Thanksgiving?  Or did I wait too long after Thanksgiving to post this recipe and now it’s all gone?!  Noooooo!  Go make some more!  I insist.

If you do happen to still have leftover sauce, you can just stay here while we wait for our friends to make more.  We could even talk about what else you can do with it.  Like, you could swirl it into pancakes, add it to some bars, or make some bread.  Though right now I would highly recommend doing none of those.  Let’s make cocktails instead!

These Cranberry Sauce Vodka Smash cocktails could not be any easier.  With a mason jar (or a cocktail shaker if you’re fancy), all you do is shake leftover cranberry sauce and vodka with some ice.  Then pour into cocktail glasses, and top with some sparkling water.

Cranberry Sauce Vodka Smash Flavors

One thing I really love about these is that you can control how sweet you want them with your choice of sparkling water.  If you like a mildly sweet drink, add something like club soda or La Croix.  If you want it on the sweeter side, add tonic water or Sprite.

Cranberry Sauce Vodka Smash with Rosemary Decoration in a GlassThen to top your cranberry sauce vodka smash all off and make it super festive, just plop a sprig of rosemary in it.  These would be perfect for a holiday party, Christmas cocktails, or maybe even just a Wednesday night in watching Gilmore Girls.  Cheers!

P.S. Still have cranberries left? Try my Cranberry Squash Wild Rice Salad.
