- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- ¼ cup chicken broth
- 2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced (if making kabobs, cut them into squares)
- 1 orange bell pepper, sliced (if making kabobs, cut them into squares)
In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and chicken broth, and whisk to combine.
Add the steak and veggies to the marinade and the marinate for at least 1 hour. If you are making this into a freezer meal, transfer the entire mixture to a large Ziploc bag and place in the freezer. When ready to cook, remove from the freezer and place in the refrigerator overnight to thaw.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Add the steak and veggies to a grill pan. Alternately, you can put them on skewers to make kabobs.
Grill for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the veggies are cooked and the steak is done to your likeness.
Serve and enjoy!
