- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- ½ cup plus 2 tablespoon milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- ¼ cup semisweet chocolate chips plus more for topping
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Add the oats, milk, banana, eggs, maple syrup, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to a blender.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Puree until smooth.
Add to a greased 8x8" baking pan.
Sprinkle with additional chocolate chips and sliced bananas, if desired.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through.
