Christmas Prosecco Cocktail

A festive and delicious holiday punch made with cranberry juice, ginger ale, apple cider, and Prosecco!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cranberry juice chilled
  • 2 cups apple cider chilled
  • 2 cups ginger ale (regular or diet work), chilled
  • 1 bottle Prosecco or sparkling wine chilled
  • ¾ cup dark rum
  • 1 orange sliced
  • 1 lime sliced
  • 1 apple sliced
  • ½ cup pomegranate arils

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a large punch bowl/beverage dispenser with ice.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

This recipe is definitely best served immediately, as it has carbonation from the ginger ale and Prosecco.  To prep ahead of time, combine the cranberry juice, apple cider, rum, and fruit and refrigerate. Then add the ginger ale and Prosecco immediately before serving.
If you want to make a half batch, half bottles of Prosecco are often available at liquor stores, and then just halve the remaining ingredients.
