Instant Pot Corn on the Cob is my new go-to way to cook corn on the cob! It is so easy and the corn comes out perfect every time!

- 2 cups water
- 4-8 cobs of corn however many you can fit into your Instant Pot, shucked and cleaned
Place trivet into the bottom of your Instant Pot.
Add water, and then top with the corn.
Place lid onto Instant Pot, making sure vent is closed.
Cook on high pressure for 2 minutes.
Immediately release the pressure valve.
Serve with butter and salt.
