Tuna Rice Bowls with Yum Yum Sauce
These Tuna Rice Bowls with Yum Yum Sauce have all of the flavors of sushi. I put in julienned carrots and cucumbers, seaweed paper (so tasty!), pickled ginger, avocado, sesame seeds, and drizzled it all with a spicy Yum Yum sauce!

Yum Yum Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
Rice Bowls:
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 2 2.6 ounce packages StarKist Selects E.V.O.O.Yellowfin Tuna
- 2 large carrots julienned
- 1 small cucumber julienned
- 1 avocado peel and pit removed, and cut into quarters
- Seaweed snack sheets
- Pickled ginger
- Sesame seeds for topping
In a small bowl, whisk together yum yum sauce ingredients.
In large bowls, assemble rice bowls.
Start with 1 cup of rice in each bowl.
Top each with ½ package of yellowfin tuna, carrots, cucumber, a quarter of an avocado, seaweed snack sheets, pickled ginger, and sesame seeds.
Drizzle with yum yum sauce.
Serve and enjoy!
