Set out two mason jars/tupperware containers.
To each jar/container, add 1/2 cup oats, 3/4 cup milk, 2 tablespoons chia seeds, 1 tablespoon flaxseed, and 1 tablespoon of jam.
Top with lid and place in refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, stir in yogurt and honey.
Top with raspberries.
