Steak Fajita Kabobs

- 2 medium sirloin steaks cubed
- 1 red bell pepper de-seeded and white part removed, and cut into squares
- 1 orange bell pepper de-seeded and white part removed, and cut into squares
- 1 yellow bell pepper de-seeded and white part removed, and cut into squares
- 1 red onion sliced
For the marinade:
- ¼ cup olive oil
- juice of 1 lime
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 3 cloves garlic
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Metal skewers
Place all cubed steak and veggies in a large bowl.
In a separate small bowl, combine marinade ingredients and whisk to combine.
Pour over beef and veggies and mix well to combine.
Marinate for at least 30 minutes, up to overnight.
Once you are ready to eat, turn on your grill to medium-high heat.
Place veggies and beef on skewers.
Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side, turning 3 times.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
