Strawberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

cup
overnight oats
½
cup
milk
I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1
tablespoon
chia seeds
1
tablespoon
flaxseed meal
⅛
teaspoon
vanilla
dash of salt
3-4
strawberries
mashed*
1
tablespoon
honey
more or less depending on your preference of sweetness
½
cup
yogurt
I used strawberry yogurt for more strawberry flavor
additional strawberries
for topping
Instructions
In a mason jar or tupperware, combine all ingredients and stir well to combine.
Refrigerate overnight.
In the morning stir well and top with additional chopped strawberries.
Enjoy!
*For the mashed strawberries, just cut them up into chunks and then mash them with the back of a fork to get the juices and flavor into the oats.
