Chimichurri Turkey Burgers
A flavorful turkey burger recipe made with bright and zesty chimichurri!

- 1 bunch of fresh parsley
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- juice of ½ a lemon
- 4 cloves garlic
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
For the burgers:
- 1 lb ground turkey
- ¼ cup chimichurri
- ¼ cup finely chopped onion
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- pepper jack cheese slices
- 4 buns
To make the burgers:
Preheat grill on medium-high heat.
Combine turkey, chimichurri, onion, and coming and mix with a spatula or your hands until ingredients are thoroughly combined, but don't overmix!
Form into 4 patties that are approximately ½" thick.
Place on a greased grill (I spray mine with cooking spray) and cook 7-8 minutes on each side, until cooked through. Top with pepper jack cheese for the final 3 minutes.
Place on a bun and then top with additional chimichurri sauce.
