strawberry whiskey sour

Ingredients
for the strawberry puree:
2
cup
strawberries
2
tablespoon
water
for the whiskey sour:
4
shots whiskey
1-2
shots simple syrup
depending on how sweet you prefer your drink
2
shots strawberry puree
2
shots lemon juice
ice
Instructions
To make the strawberry puree:
Place strawberries in blender with 2 tablespoon water. Blend until pureed.
Pour puree through strainer to rid of the seeds. You may have to take a spatula to press the puree through.
To make the whiskey sour:
Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice, and shake for 30 seconds.
Pour into cocktail glasses, over ice.
Garnish with strawberry.
Enjoy!
