strawberry whiskey sour

Ingredients

for the strawberry puree:

  • 2 cup strawberries
  • 2 tablespoon water

for the whiskey sour:

  • 4 shots whiskey
  • 1-2 shots simple syrup depending on how sweet you prefer your drink
  • 2 shots strawberry puree
  • 2 shots lemon juice
  • ice

Instructions

To make the strawberry puree:

  • Place strawberries in blender with 2 tablespoon water. Blend until pureed.
  • Pour puree through strainer to rid of the seeds. You may have to take a spatula to press the puree through.

To make the whiskey sour:

  • Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice, and shake for 30 seconds.
  • Pour into cocktail glasses, over ice.
  • Garnish with strawberry.
  • Enjoy!
