Buffalo Wings:
- 3 lbs chicken wings
- ¾ cup buffalo wing sauce (like Frank's)
- 4 tablespoon butter, melted
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce:
- 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
- ½ cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Buffalo Wings:
Place half of the chicken wings in air fryer basket.
Bake in the air fryer at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
Increase to 390 degrees and cook 5 more minutes, until crispy.
Repeat with other half of the wings.
In a bowl, whisk together the buffalo wing sauce, melted butter, and garlic powder.
Toss the wings in buffalo wing sauce.
Serve with carrots, celery, and blue cheese dipping sauce.
Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce:
While the wings are cooking, you can make the blue cheese dipping sauce.
Combine all dipping sauce ingredients and stir well. Refrigerate until ready.
