Cinnamon Roll Monkey Bread is a genius mash up of what happens when you make monkey bread with canned cinnamon rolls. It's absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 12.4 ounce cans cinnamon rolls
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • cup brown sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Spray a bundt pan well with cooking spray.
  • Cut each cinnamon roll into 4 pieces.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cinnamon rolls, sugar, and cinnamon and toss to combine.
  • Arrange the cinnamon rolls in the bundt pan.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the butter and brown sugar.
  • Pour mixture over the cinnamon rolls.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 32-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Flip out onto a serving tray immediately.
  • Drizzle the icing from the cinnamon roll cans over the warm monkey bread.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
