This Instant Pot Italian Beef recipe could NOT be any easier! Just dump all of the ingredients in your Instant Pot and press go! Come back an hour later and the Instant Pot beef will be absolutely fork tender.

- 4-5 lb beef chuck roast
- 1 packet dry Italian dressing mix
- 16 ounce jar pepperocini rings
- 1 cup beef broth
- Provolone cheese slices
- 8 Hoagie buns
Place beef in Instant Pot.
Top with Italian dressing mix, 1 cup of pepperocini rings, and beef broth.
Set on high for 1 hour.
Let pressure naturally release for 10 minutes, then release it the rest of the way.
Preheat the broiler.
Shred the beef with two forks.
Place hoagie roll bottoms on a baking sheet.
Pile the beef on the hoagie buns, spoon a couple tablespoons of the broth over the beef and top with provolone cheese.
Broil cheese until melted.
Top with remaining pepperocini rings and hoagie bun top.
Serve and enjoy!
