Add milk, honey, cream cheese, vanilla extract, and one diced peach to a blender.
Blend until pureed.
Fill 5-6 popsicle molds halfway full. Add approximately 1 tablespoon of granola and approximately 1 tablespoon of diced peaches to each mold and then fill the remainder of the way full. Top with popsicle sticks.
Freeze until frozen through, at least 4 hours.
