Raspberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

cup
old fashioned oats
1 ½
cups
milk of your choice
I use vanilla unsweetened almond milk
¼
cup
chia seeds
2
tablespoons
ground flaxseed
2
tablespoons
raspberry jam
½
cup
plain Greek yogurt
2
tablespoons
honey
more or less to sweetness preference
raspberries
Instructions
Set out two mason jars/tupperware containers.
To each jar/container, add ½ cup oats, ¾ cup milk, 2 tablespoons chia seeds, 1 tablespoon flaxseed, and 1 tablespoon of jam.
Top with lid and place in refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, stir in yogurt and honey.
Top with raspberries.
Serve and enjoy!
