Raspberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 ½ cups milk of your choice I use vanilla unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry jam
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey more or less to sweetness preference
  • raspberries

Instructions

  • Set out two mason jars/tupperware containers.
  • To each jar/container, add ½ cup oats, ¾ cup milk, 2 tablespoons chia seeds, 1 tablespoon flaxseed, and 1 tablespoon of jam.
  • Top with lid and place in refrigerator overnight.
  • In the morning, stir in yogurt and honey.
  • Top with raspberries.
  • Serve and enjoy!
