Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Golden Milk powder
  • 1 scoop Collagen Peptides optional, could also use a vanilla protein powder if you want!

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until combined.
  • Serve and enjoy!
