Spiced Blackberry Pear Sangria

A fun and festive sangria with Mike's Hard Lemonade!

Ingredients

For the Spiced Simple Syrup:

  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • ¼ teaspoon cloves
  • ? teaspoon allspice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water

For the Sangria:

  • 2 pears diced
  • 6 ounces blackberries
  • 1 bottle white wine I used Pinot Grigio
  • ½ cup spiced simple syrup
  • 2 bottles Blackberry Pear Mike’s Hard Lemonade

Instructions

  • Make the simple syrup by combining cinnamon sticks, cloves, allspice, sugar, and water in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
  • Bring it a boil, reduce heat, and let simmer for 10 minutes.  
  • Remove from heat and strain out cinnamon sticks.  
  • Let cool.
  • In a large pitcher, add pears, blackberries, and wine.  Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Add simple syrup and Blackberry Pear Mike’s Hard Lemonade and serve immediately.
  • Enjoy!
