Spiced Blackberry Pear Sangria
A fun and festive sangria with Mike's Hard Lemonade!

For the Spiced Simple Syrup:
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- ¼ teaspoon cloves
- ? teaspoon allspice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
For the Sangria:
- 2 pears diced
- 6 ounces blackberries
- 1 bottle white wine I used Pinot Grigio
- ½ cup spiced simple syrup
- 2 bottles Blackberry Pear Mike’s Hard Lemonade
Make the simple syrup by combining cinnamon sticks, cloves, allspice, sugar, and water in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
Bring it a boil, reduce heat, and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and strain out cinnamon sticks.
Let cool.
In a large pitcher, add pears, blackberries, and wine. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Add simple syrup and Blackberry Pear Mike’s Hard Lemonade and serve immediately.
