Ingredients

  • 12 Slider Buns
  • ½ cup Thousand Island Dressing
  • 2 cups Corned Beef sliced or chopped
  • 1 cup Sauerkraut
  • 1 cup Swiss Cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • ¼ teaspoon caraway seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Line the bottoms of the slider buns in a baking dish. Use whatever size you want for however many sliders you want.
  • Spread ~1 tablespoon of Thousand Island Dressing on each bun.
  • Top with corned beef, sauerkraut, and then Swiss Cheese.
  • Drizzle additional Thousand Island Dressing on top.
  • Top with bun tops.
  • Combine melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, caraway seeds, and sea salt, whisking well to combine.
  • Brush butter mixture over bun tops.
  • Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven for 20. Then uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Crowd Size - this can easily be doubled or tripled to serve a large group!
Prep Ahead - you can assemble these sliders ahead of time, however I would change the order of putting the ingredients on the buns. Place the meat first, then the thousand island dressing, sauerkraut, and cheese, or avoid the buns from getting soggy. Cover with foil and refrigerate until ready to bake. You can prep these up to one day in advance.
Leftovers - Store leftover sliders in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes (I put them in a baking dish and cover with foil) OR in the microwave.
Serving Suggestions - I like to keep things simple and serve these with potato chips or fries. You could also serve with a simple side salad or roasted vegetables.
