Rolo Pretzel Turtles

An easy 3-ingredient recipe for pretzel turtles with a chocolate caramel middle!

Ingredients

  • 10 ounce package Rolos
  • 40 Lattice pretzels
  • 40 Whole pecans
  • *note: I just bought a bag of pretzels and a bag of whole pecans and this was plenty for the amount of Rolos I had. You can always double or half the recipe very easily if you want.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place pretzels on parchment paper, spacing ~1" apart.
  • Top each pretzel with a Rolo.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 3-5 minutes, until Rolos are slightly melted.
  • Top each Rolo with pecan.
  • Let cool completely.
  • Store in airtight container.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for 3 months.
