cilantro-lime grilled corn on the cob

  • 6 ears corn on the cob shucked and cleaned
  • 1/2 cup butter at room temperature
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • juice of one lime
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • salt to taste


  • In small bowl, combine butter, cumin, lime juice, cilantro, and salt.
  • Place corn on pre-heated grill at medium-high heat.
  • Turn corn a quarter turn about every 3-5 minutes, or until the kernels are a little charred.
  • Once corn is cooked, slather with butter.
  • Enjoy!
