raspberry coconut smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries I used frozen
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ½ tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup coconut yogurt or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 frozen banana or ½ cup ice
  • 1-2 teaspoon honey or sweetener of your choice depending on how sweet you like your smoothies
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
  • shredded coconut for topping

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients, except for shredded coconut, into blender.
  • Blend on high speed until well combined.
  • Pour into glass and top with shredded coconut.
  • Enjoy!
