In medium bowl, combine shredded chicken with Spicy Chipotle Sandwich Spread, red onion, red bell pepper, cilantro, and green onion and mix well.
Evenly distribute between tortillas.
Top with cheese and shredded lettuce and roll up tight.
Grill with a panini press, 6-8 minutes, or on the stovetop in a skillet, 3-4 minutes on each side. If making in a skillet, I suggest to top the wrap with another skillet with some sort of weight in it, such as a book, to 'press' it.
Cut in half and enjoy!
