spicy chipotle chicken salad wrap

Servings: 4 -5 wraps

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts cooked and shredded
  • ¼-1/3 cup Hidden Valley Ranch Spicy Chipotle Pepper Sandwich Spread
  • ½ red onion diced
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 2 tablespoon cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoon green onions
  • 4-5 to rtillas or wraps
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • shredded lettuce

Instructions

  • In medium bowl, combine shredded chicken with Spicy Chipotle Sandwich Spread, red onion, red bell pepper, cilantro, and green onion and mix well.
  • Evenly distribute between tortillas.
  • Top with cheese and shredded lettuce and roll up tight.
  • Grill with a panini press, 6-8 minutes, or on the stovetop in a skillet, 3-4 minutes on each side. If making in a skillet, I suggest to top the wrap with another skillet with some sort of weight in it, such as a book, to 'press' it.
  • Cut in half and enjoy!
