Combine orange juice, orange zest, lime juice, salt, pepper, garlic clove, chili powder, and cumin.
Pour over salmon filets and marinate 30 minutes.
While the salmon is marinading, make the salsa.
To make the salsa:
Combine all ingredients in medium sized bowl. Refrigerate until needed.
To cook the salmon:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Cook salmon, skin down, about 8-12 minutes depending on the thickness of your salmon and preferred doneness.
Top grilled salmon with strawberry-avocado salsa.

The recipe for the salsa makes more than you'll need for the fish, but it is great eaten with chips, too! If you don't want leftovers, you can halve the recipe.
