curry yogurt chicken salad

Servings: 2 -3 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken about 2 chicken breasts
  • 2/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 2 celery ribs finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds

Instructions

  • Combine yogurt, mayo, curry, turmeric, garlic powder, and salt. Stir well.
  • Add chicken, green onions, celery and almonds. Mix well.
  • Enjoy!
