Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 9x5x3" loaf pan liberally with cooking spray and set aside.
In large bowl with electric mixer, cream together butter and sugar until creamy, about 2 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, until completely mixed.
Add yogurt, orange juice, and orange zest and mix until combined.
In medium bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add to wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour into prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for 55-65 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to cooling rack to cool completely.
To make the glaze, beat zest, juice, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Spread over cooled bread, slice, and enjoy!
