Strawberry Rhubarb Apple Cider Vinegar Slushie is a refreshing and gut-healthy summer drink!

Strawberry Rhubarb Apple Cider Vinegar Slushie

Since I promised a recipe with the rhubarb simple syrup, I had to keep it!  I was really tempted to post a watermelon margarita recipe for Memorial Day, but I figured we have all summer to drink those and I wanted to keep my promise to you!

These Strawberry Rhubarb Apple Cider Vinegar Slushies are super refreshing and are my new favorite afternoon refreshment!

What Is an Apple Cider Vinegar Slushie?

One of my favorite drinks is a sparkling water with a splash of apple cider vinegar in it for it’s health benefits.  I also really don’t mind the tartness from the vinegar, either!  It reminds me of kombucha.

In this slushie, I blended together a sparkling water, frozen strawberries, apple cider vinegar, and some of my rhubarb simple syrup.  I’ve also made it in the past with agave nectar instead of the simple syrup.  Both are delicious!
