Oh hey weekend! SO glad you’re here.
What are YOU up to this weekend? We have a pretty laid back weekend with lots of cleaning and Christmas prep. That means getting the house ready for my family to visit, lots of cookie baking, and crossing off the last few things on my shopping list. I think I might sneak a couple of Christmas movies and mugs of hot cocoa in there too.
Here’s your weekly meal plan! We didn’t do anything different for this week of Christmas, so you just have more options for perhaps fewer days of needing a dinner plan. Don’t forget to use our printable grocery list and customizable meal plan below!
Creamy Pumpkin and Brussels Sprout Gnocchi from Cookie Monster Cooking.
Prep Ahead: This meal comes together quite quickly and doesn’t require much prep!
Cauliflower and Kale Salad with Pomegranate, Dried Apricots, and Pumpkin Seedsfrom Spoonful of Flavor.
