Happy weekend, friends! I am more than happy to say hello to the weekend and goodbye to this week…it’s been a rough one on the baby sleeping front! Any tips and tricks for getting babies to sleep through the night would be much appreciated 🙂
I’ll trade you sleep advice for a super delicious meal plan, how does that sound? You’re going to need to bust out your slow cooker because this week we have not one but TWO slow cooker recipes which I think we can all agree are the best! We also have a yummy squash enchilada casserole, baked pasta, and a fun Kimchi fried rice with a runny egg on top. Because everything is better with a runny egg, right?!
Have a great weekend and I’ll see you Monday with a fun giveaway!
Crock Pot French Onion Soup from Cookie Monster Cooking.
Prep Ahead/Vegetarian Options: Substitute low sodium vegetable broth for the beef broth to make vegetarian. Serve with a side salad for a complete meal!
Butternut Squash Enchilada Casserole from Making Thyme for Health.
Prep Ahead: You can buy pre-cut butternut squash to save time.
Kimchi Fried Rice from greens & chocolate.
Prep Ahead: Make the rice a day or two in advance – fried rice is better with day-old rice!
Baked Penne with Meat Sauce and Smoked Mozzarella from Flavor the Moments.
Crock Pot Chicken Tikka Masala from The Roasted Root.
Prep Ahead/Vegetarian Options: The sauce can be made ahead of time. To make this recipe vegetarian, substitute the chicken for 1-1/2 cups lentils and 1 (14-ounce) can of chickpeas.
