Healthy Weekly Meal Plan Week of 4.15.17

Happy Easter weekend!  Do you have any big plans for Easter?  We are going out to Marc’s parents for church, an Easter egg hunt, and Easter dinner.

This is actually the last healthy weekly meal plan for awhile.  As a group we came to the decision to put the meal plans on pause for awhile, so we can focus on other things.  In the meanwhile, I will still be promoting past meal plans and have a tab at the top of my page where you can find ALL of the past meal plans, in the next week.  I hope you understand our decision on this and I’d love your feedback on how/if you used the meal plan!

As always, have a great weekend!  I’ll be back Monday with an amazing pie recipe and video!

Monday

BLT Chopped Salad with Herb Yogurt Dressing from greens & chocolate.

Prep Tips: You can prep the entire salad in advance and just assemble when ready to eat!

 

Tuesday

Berry Kale Smoothie Bowl from Spoonful of Flavor.

 

Wednesday

Whole Grain Pasta with White Beans and Tomatoes from Hip Foodie Mom.

 

Thursday

Arugula Beet Salad with Candied Pecans and Gorgonzola Cheese from Lauren Kelly Nutrition.

 

Friday

Honey Pineapple Barbecue Chicken Sandwich from Flavor the Moments.

Prep Tips: The barbecue sauce may be made in advance, and the pineapple may be prepped ahead.
