Can you please tell me how many cookies this makes? Thanks.

What recipe are you referring to?

I was questioning the amount of cookies the lavender lemon cookies makes. But I believe it is 2 1/2 dozen. I made them over the weekend, and they are outstanding! “Superb, excellent, wow,” are all comments I have received. Thank you so much for perfecting the recipe.

Hi, I just signed up to your website and absolutely love your recipes. But my question is: I love printing the recipes out, but I also love the photos to accompany them. Can you tell me why the photos won’t print out?

Thank you so much! For the “Print Recipe” function, the recipe is only printed because that’s typically what people want. If you want to print the photos, I think you could print the entire web page, and the post and photos will also print out. I hope this helps!

Hi, I have just made the banana/zucchini/chocolate muffins. Absolutely love them. However my bf would like them even better if i made a cookie out of them. I don’t know how much to increase things to make this work. Help 🙂

Hi . I just tried your banana zucchini chocolate chip muffin recipe. Absolutely love it. However my question is how to you change it from muffins to cookies? What all needs to be added.

I’m so glad you liked the muffins! I honestly haven’t tried making this recipe into cookies, so I can’t tell you with confidence how to do so. However, I have made these Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Zucchini Cookies from Ambitious Kitchen with good results. They do have oats in them, which will make the consistency quite different than the muffins, but you still have the bananas and zucchini (and chocolate chips of course!).
Here is that recipe: https://www.ambitiouskitchen.com/2016/08/healthy-chocolate-chip-banana-zucchini-oatmeal-cookies/
I’m sorry I can’t fully answer your question, but I hope this helps!

Hello, I’m “patiently ” waiting for your Grapefruit Bars to come out of the oven- so easy to make. I was wondering how well it would freeze once baked? Thank you.

For those of us who don’t have time for something to sit simmering for 4 hours, can you add Instant Pot directions to the Braised Pork Ragu recipe?

This is going to be the second time I’ve made your zucchini/banana muffins and bread. My 2yo daughter and picky husband who normally hate zucchini love these. I change a few things here and there, but nothing major. My question is can I make this in a bundt cake pan? My daughter is always asking to make cake and I think this is a healthier alternative. We have made rice crispy treats and other things as “cake” in the bundt pan, but I am unsure how high to fill it and how to adjust the cooking time. If you have any pointer/suggestions or ideas please I’d love to hear them. Thank you!

I’m doing a trial run of the Instant Pot Maple Mustard Turkey Breast recipe! How much flour is needed to make the gravy? I couldn’t find it in the ingredients list! I’m not a gravy maker but was going to give it a try!

For the beer mac n cheese…can it be made in a Dutch oven? Sounds wonderful!

So sorry I am just seeing this comment! You can definitely make this in a Dutch oven. Enjoy!

Brown Butter Sea Salt Brownies: when do you sprinkle them with the sea salt? Before or after baking? Also, I think there’s a typo in your recipe: “overheat” should probably be “overbeat.”

I’ve really enjoyed reading your recipes and how enthusiastic you are about how healthy cooking meets indulgence. Many of your recipes do not include healthy ingredients and I’m a bit worried many of them may not be suitable especially since the nutritional information is not included. Do you plan on adding it to your recipes so we can have a clear and precise measurement? Thank you
