Marc has the weekend off so we have a couple of house projects planned, along with smoking a pork shoulder, going to a friend’s concert, and hopefully spending some time outside.
Apparently four out of the five of us healthy meal plan bloggers had carbs on the mind this week – it’s a pastalooza! Of course they are all veggie-packed pasta dishes, along with a super delicious and seasonal squash soup. ‘Tis the season!
