Happy Saturday! What’s going on in your neck of the woods? We are laying low this weekend and doing things around the house, probably going to the farmers market, and take a walk or two around the lake. I’m also thinking we need to hit up a local ice cream shop, don’t you?! Yes, we definitely do!
This week’s meal plan has a lot of variety – a seasonal corn chowder, a veggie-filled frittata, seafood, fruit-filled quesadilla, and a salad tart! So many fun things to try!
