This recipe comes from Marc’s mom Jan who says that even though it’s a tad “retro” it’s always an appetizer that people love. Also, if you have any mushroom or olive haters in your family Jan says it’s just as good without them.

8 oz shredded Swiss cheese
4 oz mushrooms, sauteed in butter and chopped
1 stick pepperoni, chopped
1/2 small green pepper, chopped
4-5 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup black olives, chopped (or 2 1/2 oz can of chopped black olives…. the easy route)
Mix all ingredients together. Add small amount of mayonnaise…just enough to make the ingredients stick together.
Put 1 tablespoon on top of triscuit. Bake in oven until warm….don’t overbake or the cheese just melts away…
