After almost a year and a half of food blogging, I have to admit that the way I cook has changed SO much compared to before I blogged. As a food blogger, I try to be creative with the things I make by adapting on original recipes or coming up with combinations of ingredients I’ve never seen before. I don’t always just think about what I want to eat, but I think about how I could blog about what I cook.
I was laying in bed the other night (obviously thinking about food) and it occurred to me how annoying this aspect of blogging has become to me. I mean, I’m just a girl that loves food and if I see a recipe I want to make, then gosh darn it I should make it! I shouldn’t not homemade peanut butter cups because they can be found on 738 other blogs, but I should make them because um, hello? They sound delicious!
Welcome to greens & chocolate! I'm Taylor and am so excited that you stopped by! I'm a Minnesota girl in my 20's who's loving life with my husband Marc, our son Lars, and our Golden Retriever Maddie. I love cooking healthy meals, but it's essential that I have my dessert. All after a hot yoga class or a run, though! It's all about moderation here at greens & chocolate.
