Mixed Berry Smoothie Popsicles

Mixed Berry Smoothie Popsicles are a super easy and healthy treat to make for your little ones...or yourself!  These have just two ingredients: Live Real Farms Smoothie and fruit!

Mixed Berry Smoothie Popsicles

Last summer one of my favorite snacks to give Lars was a smoothie pop.  He thought it was dessert.  I knew it had good stuff in it.  It was a total win-win.

I pretty much would make a smoothie with a little more milk than I usually would and then pour it into popsicle molds.  I'd throw in some spinach or kale and make them green smoothies and feel really awesome about my mom skills.

Today, however, I'm feeling even better about those skills because these Mixed Berry Smoothie Popsicles only have TWO ingredients.  And one ingredient is actually optional.

The main ingredient?  Live Real Farms Mixed Berry Smoothie.  Their smoothies are full of blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries along with yogurt for probiotics and 11 grams of protein!  And to make a mamas heart even happier, there's ZERO grams of added sugar.  Hallelujah.

The other ingredient is whatever berries you might have in your refrigerator.  Like I said, they're totally optional but I think they make the smoothies prettier and I like the chunks of fruit every so often in each popsicle!

I've made smoothie pops with Live Real Farms Smoothies twice now and they have been a huge hit with Lars.  He begs for them and the only reason I ever hesitate is if he's already had one (or two) that day.  Is there really ever too much of a good thing?  That's debatable.  Regardless, these Mixed Berry Smoothie Popsicles are definitely going to be a staple in our house this summer.  They're too easy not to be!
