Favorite Beer-Inspired Dessert: Guinness Chocolate Cake with Salted Caramel Glaze.
Favorite Breakfast: Lightened-Up Cinnamon Rolls. Cinnamon rolls are one of my faaaaaavorite homemade breakfasts and since these are lightened up, I can have three!
Favorite Festive Appetizer: Avocado Feta Dip. This dip has it all – healthy, festive for St. Patrick’s Day, and looks delicious!
Favorite Perfect Dessert: The Perfect White Cake. I am currently searching for the birthday cake I will bake for myself (willingly!) next week. Should I go classic? Should I make something creative? Something chocolate? Something fruity? At this rate I’m going to be baking myself 5 cakes…
Favorite Green Dessert: Mint Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Brownies. Brownies and cheesecake? AND mint?! AND it’s green?!?! Yes, yes, yes.
Favorite Comfort Food: Spicy Roasted Vegetable Macaroni and Cheese. Marc and I are both big fans of mac ‘n cheese, and I love finding new variations. This one looks so yummy! So cheesy!
Favorite I’m-Dreaming-Of-Summer Dish: Zucchini Lasagna. I just signed up for a CSA this year (after dearly missing being part of one last year) and cannot wait for an abundance of zucchini to make this!
Favorite Healthy Addiction: Addictive Brussels Sprouts Salad. I’m a self-proclaimed b-sprout lover and I’m pretty sure I would quickly be addicted to this.
Favorite Reminder: some days this is harder than others but, as a health care professional, I try to hard to keep this in mind. And I think everyone should!
