I thought that the week after Thanksgiving would be a good week to do a few posts about my wedding, since we are all probably still in food comas, and will be eating leftovers for a few more days. I still might sneak in a few dessert recipes because I’m sure the pies are all eaten and lets face it, we still need our sugar fix.
The morning of our wedding we (me, Marc, the entire bridal party, parents, family, friends) all ran/walked the Nickle Dickle 5K. I’m aware this sounds crazy to most people, but it was so fitting for Marc and I to have some sort of physical activity on the morning of our wedding day. It ended up being so much fun and was the perfect way to start our day. Not to mention, my husband won the race. As in, 1st place. He’s kind of a stud.
After the race, it was time to get pretty. I used the Creative Boutique Agency for our hair and makeup, and could not have been happier with their service. The Creative Boutique Agency is an on-site hair and makeup, which was perfect since we were married in a smaller town in Minnesota, and they were able to come from Minneapolis to our hotel.
While we were busy getting all dolled up, the boys were already out at the vineyard having some fun
Well, that’s it for now. More fun pictures to come soon…
