It’s been a little quiet over here at greens and chocolate this week, yes? Only a couple of posts and not a whole lot of cooking behind the scenes either. There really isn’t one reason for the lack of action in my kitchen, but it’s a combination of being busy, Marc not being home much for dinner, and daylight savings! The last one is really getting on my nerves. This week it has gotten dark before I even get home…how am I going to photograph anything I cook for dinner?! Does anyone have any tips or tricks for cooking and blogging during the winter? Help!
Since I’ve been slacking I’m leaning on some foodie friends for some inspiration. So what have I been drooling over this week?
First up, some Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes from live love pasta. Since some nights sweet potatoes are the star of my dinner (the co-stars are cookies), I could really use some new ways to jazz them up.
Next up: creamy chocolate pudding in 5 minutes from the wicked noodle. For someone who’s sweet tooth needs to be satisfied as soon as it starts acting up, this looks like the perfect dessert!
Okay, now you can wipe the drool off your chin. Recipe round-up over. Happy Friday!
