Seven Things About Me
1. My birthday is this month! I'll be 25 on the 23rd.
2. I started college at Mizzou as a journalism major. After a personal life event, I decided to go into physical therapy. Seven years have passed and I'm about to graduate in May.
3. If I crack one of my knuckles, I have to crack them all.
4. I have ran 5 marathons, and am running my 6th in October.
5. I have a problem with starting books and then not finishing them. I currently have six half-read books waiting to be finished.
6. Marc has nicknamed me Hurricane Taylor because I'm more destructive than a hurricane in the kitchen.
7. Sometimes I get intense cravings for beef. The last time this happened, I made these sandwiches. They're to. die. for.

Crock Pot Italian Beef Sandwiches
adapted from Midwest Living
makes 10-12 sandwiches
4lb boneless beef sirloin or beef rump roast
3/4 cup water
1 (0.7 oz) packet Italian dry salad dressing
2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp dried red pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
hoagie buns, Kaiser buns, or sandwich buns
sliced provolone cheese
ideas for toppings: roasted red peppers, grilled green peppers and onions, pepperoncinis
Directions:
In small bowl, combine water, salad dressing, Italian seasoning, dried red pepper, and garlic powder and stir well. Place beef sirloin in crock pot and pour water mixture over beef. Cook on low for 10-12 hours, until the beef is falling apart.
Serve on buns topped with provolone cheese. I put them under the broiler for a minute to get the cheese all nice and melted. Serve with extra juice from the beef in crock pot for dipping! Enjoy!
