Everyone who knows me and my cooking habits well knows that I have a problem with not reading recipe directions before beginning. This bad habit of mine started all the way back when I began to attempt to cook when I was in middle school. Apparently one time I was making pasta salad and forgot to read the step about draining the pasta. Needless to say, it turned out…runny.
Now, I’m a chocolate girl at heart, but this was some pure vanilla goodness. It was sweet and simple, creamy yet chewy, and so satisfying. It was definitely one mistake worth making.
